Unsanitary Goods

If I could submit with negative stars, I would. The item was obviously used (strands of someone else’s hair) which is unsanitary. I’m having my mattress tested for lice and bedbugs because my husband hasn’t stopped scratching since we opened the package and put it on the bed to breathe. Disappointed in Macy’s and Sugfit for selling and sending a previously owned pillow. Never again! Returning. Please BURN it and DONT resale to another unsuspecting customer. If the tests come back positive for infestation, I will be invoicing Macy’s and Sugfit for the cost of the treatment.

A chemical smell

I have allowed the pillow to air out because of the chemical smell. I am hoping that after some time the smell will dissappear and I will be able to use it.
