The smell!!
I've had a good experience with so many of their products but this is horrible. The worst smell ever. It's full of chemicals. I would never put this on my skin. And they will not let you refund. So just don't do it.

Best topical for deep underskin
Best topical for deep underskin acne. I sometimes get these painful, deep bumps, and this (formerly known as) buffering lotion is the only thing that helps. The bottle also lasts forever (2-3 years!), as a little goes a long way.
