I was hopeful...

I had recieved a sample of this serum and found it to be very hydrating, so I invested in a full sized bottle. Unfortunately, the serum I got wasn't nearly as hydrating as the sample. Maybe it was a different batch? I still decided to use it and have been using it for the last three months with no noticable improvements in my skin. It doesn't feel irritating, but it has made my chin and forhead a lot redder. After stopping usage for a few days, the redness has gone away. Sadly, this product doesn't work for me.
