Purchased New but Were Used

I purchased a pair of black Calvin Klein tuxedo shoes. Not only was the box ripped apart, but the shoes had been worn before. The leather is creased indicating they were worn, and the soles have scratches on them. This is very beneath what I thought Macy's represented. I will also complete surveys on Google, Yelp and Social Media. I will never purchase anything from Macy's again.

Bring back the old manufacturing style.

These are made different. I’ve owned 4 pair in the last 10 years and this 4th pair is made differently and not as comfortable. The foot slides out of the back when walking. I’ve always bought the same style and size.

Disappointing

Size guide Is NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Measured, ordered, sized us down by several sizes. Thought it was odd but trusted the numbers. Big mistake. Bought on holiday sale pricing and now sale is over. Hopefully customer service will prevail and fast for our event
