My most beautiful piece of cookware.

There's not much I can say about this petal braiser. It's my favorite piece of cookware. I live by the sea so I chose the lovely pastel coastal blue. Beautiful and very functional.

Beautiful but Heavy

Piece of Art

Ordered the Provence prior to the re-release. It sits proudly on my range and I simply love it. It’s used weekly, great vessel for cooking and retaining heat. I even boiled spaghetti in it and finished it with sauce.
