Worst customer service Macys and Amazing cosmetics

I was traveling for a month to see family and friends and ordered these as gifts, they were not delivered on time, I thought the package was lost I called Macy’s customer service and told them the order was not delivered and I had to leave, since I’m leaving for a month if the order delivered after I leave I would not be able to return it.they said no worries the will refund the items and contact amazing cosmetics …I trusted their words but when I came back I found the items delivered and no refund was issued!! I called macys they said there is nothing they can do with the third party seller, although I purchased the items from Macys.com..really disappointing Macys I don’t want the items and I can not return them anymore and no help from both parties Tried to call Amazing cosmetics they never pick up, I sent email no reply. Worst costumer service .

My favorite!

This is my favorite concealer I've ever used. I love how I only need a tiny bit because I hate the feeling of heavy makeup. It's a thick formula and the tube lasts forever.

Amazingly Bad

The concealer wouldn't come out! Even after I ran warm water over the tube for ten minutes, only a tiny drop the size of a pinhead came out. I threw it away after two uses. In all fairness, this problem may not be the fault of Amazing Cosmetics. Macy's may be sending old stock that's been sitting around for a while and has solidified.

Amazing coverage

I've tried alot of concealer and this us the 1st one that actually delivers! Its pricey but we'll worth the money!
