Great product

Great if you are low on iron. I don't experience constipation with this supplement. NOW has great quality products and it is easy to be consistent at taking it.

Gentle

Excellent - I take this on an empty stomach and it is so gentle. I’ve never been nauseated from it and haven’t noticed constipation either.

I need the iron.

This product is wonderful. I have low iron levels and it helps to keep me on an even keel. I cannot take the other forms of Iron as I have a severe reaction and OVERDOSE symptoms such as yellowing eyes/skin and Gastrointestinal issues. These are plant-based and seem to agree with my system fully. I have been taking these supplements for quite a while now and will recommend them for others in the same situation as I.

Great for every day.

From the various research I've done, I've decided that 18 mg of iron per day is great to take for women, and I have been taking this for a while. I am strong and have plenty of energy at 53, so I think the iron is working, alongside the other supplements I take. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is good.
