Beautiful but does not work well at all
My friend bought herself one of these and also one for me. They were so stylish and we love drip coffee. Unfortunately, this does not get or keep the coffee hot. Even when you use hot water in it, the heating burner does not keep the coffee, warm such a disappointment.

Cute but not functional
Cute but not functional, I made a full pot of coffee, and I had grounds and coffee all over my counter because it overflowed.

The Willow pour over coffee maker is designed to provide a controlled pour, but if the water is poured too quickly or the grind size is too fine, it can sometimes cause overflow or slow drainage. We recommend using a medium-coarse grind and pouring the water slowly and in stages to help prevent overflow.

Great coffee maker
So happy with this pour over coffee maker. The coffee tastes amazing and doesn't have that plastic taste like lots of others do. Love it and the design is beautiful and looks nice at my coffee station at home.

Terrible shipping- Have not recieved.
Today is the 7th buisness day (10th day) since I ordered and UPS says they still have not recieved the package. Macy's states 3-6 buisness days for shipping so I ordered it a little over one week in advance as a birthday gift. Pretty disappointed.
Great Pour over maker!
This pour over coffee maker is terrific and I highly recommend this appliance I also support their mission of using eco friendly materials.

You get what you pay for.
Hot plate didn’t work. Returned right away. Overall not a quality product. Purchased a Moccamaster instead.

High expectations
I bought this lovely coffee maker to have a more natural cup of coffee. The coffee is good but it makes a lukewarm warm cup of coffee and the warmer isn’t very hot either. I don’t want to put in the microwave, as it seems to change the flavor. If I had the box, I would send it back. Disappointing.

Pour-over style coffee makers are designed to highlight flavor and balance, but they can sometimes produce a slightly lower serving temperature compared to traditional drip machines. That said, your experience with lukewarm coffee and a warmer that isn’t sufficiently hot is not what we want for our customers.
