Great performance!
This immersion blender worked as well as my more expensive one and this one has more features like a turbo button to get through thicker food and several other blending speeds. I really like how easily the stick comes apart for easy cleaning and I like the long cord!

we purchased a immersion blender last christmas and just started to useit. It stopped working the second time we used it and I sent the support team about it. They where very nice and quick to send us a replacement one.
Solid milk frother!
I love the minimalist design for this product. The clean matte white finish is very nice. It’s pretty compact and I appreciate that it doesn’t take up a lot of space when storing it. My only con is that it’s not the easiest to clean. Especially for stuff like milk which needs to be cleaned well, but you have to be careful with getting too wet the bottom where it connects to the electric base.

Perfect blender
Love this immersion blender it’s perfect for soups in the winter and I love the colors. It breaks up things easily and is also super easy to clean when done.

wonderful item WHEN it works.
gotta hope third time's the charm??. had one for a couple of months that was amazing - then the buttons stopped working and if you plugged it in, it was ON - on "high" and "turbo" - yikes - splashing food! returned it (within holiday return window - thank you!) - and a replacement came quickly - ONLY to be broken coming out of the box (busted screws to attach top to bottom) ... so - trying again - and hoping THIS time it'll be perfect. it's a GREAT little item and the price is divine! fingers crossed! MACY'S customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!

Great blender
I have used it once to make creamy tomato soup. I normally use Vitamix to blend the soup but sometimes I don’t feel like taking the big blender out of my basement. So I bought this and tried with the soup. It works well for a hand blender. It has 5 levels and turbo mode. It hand blender is bigger than I thought but Im happy I bought it.
