Poor packaging

I was really looking forward to this cute jacket for my granddaughter but when the package came there was nothing in it. The company refunded my money but I was very disappointed. I’m sure if I would have received the jacket it would be 4 or 5 stars.

Not fully lined

The fleece lining is only on the body and hood not the sleeves. Returning this item
