Sizing off

Sizing is off on this. I normally wear medium, especially is loose styles. This hoodie seems about 1.5 sizes too small. I have a smaller head size and struggled to get it over my head. Arm length was also a bit short. I exchanged M for L and fit seems more appropriate. I got the matching sweatpants sz M and they fit loose true to size.
