Just opened and has a faulty pump dispenser

Ordered this a few months ago - now outside return period - pump dispenser faulty so I have a $90 unfit for purpose Hermes hand wash - Macy's chat agent said won't replace to refund... won't be buying from Macys' again (or Hermes hand wash)

Overall a great purchase!

This soap, while expensive needs very little to lather and provide a great wash. The scent is wonderful and lasts on your hands for many hours. However, it is very drying too. So, if you have dry skin or don’t want that (like in winter) then this isn’t the best soap for year round use. But, it is a very nice bottle from a great brand!
