Disappointed for Christmas

I bought two of these, one for my niece and one for my daughter. All the paint was dried out inside of the containers - there was no liquid left. It was all all like rubber, a solid consistency. Girls wanted to play with it right away once they opened it on Christmas and could not because the paint arrived ruined. Extremely disappointed.
