Solid feel to the mugs and makes a large cuppa. Pretty design

NOT 20 oz

The cup are heavy and sturdy. They are pretty as well. Unfortunately, they are NOT 20 oz mugs. If I fill them to the very top they only hold 16 oz. Very disappointing
