They cause chafing!

These briefs are not good if you plan on walking a good distance within the day. They led to chafing for me after walking several miles throughout the day. For that reason I would not buy them again.

I ordered on June 29 with delivery to Macy's Bridgewater, NJ store. I have not received it yet. The order status shows still in-process. Today is July 8. I have not received any communications on this order. Can someone assist with this?
