very snug even with thin socks. super hard and uncomfortable footbed, zero cushion, zero arch support, it’s like standing on concrete

Unacceptable false shipping information

Special occasion. Order item Dec 9, shipping details stated 3-6days. My trip planned to NYC Dec 18th for Christmas concert to see Andrea Bocelli. My Item delivered Dec 23rd, 14days/2weeks later. This is unacceptable.

SLOW DELIVERY and NO customer service

Placed an online order for rain boots on 11/1 with "Western Chief" which works as a partner of Macys. Emailed them when I received a tracking number which never updated and received 0 customer service help. Finally the boots arrived on 11/24. Stay away from this company and look for other options

I enjoy shopping at Macy , I bought 2 pairs of booths , it fits me just right Macy sent me these booths when I need it the most , it rains the whole week I don't like my feet get wet . I bought few more things online I really like them and the process is easy
