Not a good bottle

Oil is good, but bottle very hard to open. I emailed twice with no reply. Had to call to tell them I could not get bottle open. The lady I talked to was really nice and solved the problem- just wish it hadn’t taken so long! (Respond to your emails!)

We are sorry for the delayed response from our team! We're glad they could solve your problem opening our new Child Resistant Caps. We are working to resolve this problem. In the meantime, here are a few tips for others that may experience the same issue: Use a cloth or rubber bottle opener, firmly press down and turn. If that doesn't work, put a small amount of boiling water into the bottom of a mug, place the essential oil upside down into the hot water (just enough to cover and warm the lid, not the glass bottle), and try opening again.

Best peppermint oil

This peppermint oil is by far the best product that is delivered consistently. I love this oil for infusers and diluted skin delivery. It has a great smell!
