Hard to open bottle

I purchased this product and unable to open the bottle.

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our new Child Resistant Caps. We are working to solve this problem and have a few tips for you to try. Using a towel, cloth order rubber bottle opener, firmly press down and turn. If that doesn't work, put a small amount of boiling water into the bottom of a mug, place the essential oil upside down into the hot water (just enough to cover and warm the lid). Once warm try the above step.
