Love the product but the pump SUCKS

The moisturizer inside is good and did a lovely job moisturizing my skin. The packaging however is absolutely HORRENDOUS! Pump stops working with 1/3 of it left. Had to take off the pump and bang out the product but was still unable to get it all out. So wasteful and disappointing because I actually like the formula. I JUST CAN'T GET IT OUT OF THE BOTTLE. Please make this packaging better!!!!!

L'occitane shea butter ultra rich body lotion

It is acceptable, but I do not particularly enjoy the fragrance and it's kinda pricey.

Great lotion but pump fails for more than half the bottle

Lotion is great! The pump fails EVERY time with more than half still inside. After years of unscrewing the cap, I got sick of it. I no longer buy this lotion. It's a shame because I love the lotion.

My favorite lotion!

I've been using this lotion for about 4 years and absolutely love it. The texture is like butter, it easily smooths on and instantly hydrates my dry skin. The smell is soft, not overwhelming, and doesn't fight with my perfume. The only drawback is that is does get impossible to pump out about a two thirds of the way down. It's a pain, but I get it out and eventually cut the bottle open and scoop out every last bit. For me, it's worth it!
