Hugo Boss Mens Modern-Fit Wool Blend Nested Suit

Looks very sharp like a high end suits and fits nicely. It is not as heavy because it's not 100% wool and very comfortable . The pants are also hemmed according to the length that I needed d I am sure it's based on the size of the jacket and and the arm length.

Missing Pants

Suit was missing pants. Customer service agreed that it was supposed to include pants. Had to return.

Incomplete shipment and Wrong Size.

I ordered the Men's Hugo Boss SUIT in size 46R; however, I received a 40L jacket ONLY, no pants. Unfortunately, I do not have time for a reorder and shipment as this order need had a time constraint for usage. Very Disappointed. I plan to complete the return before my planned travel if time permits. Either way, I am hopeful for a smooth return with no pushback due to the missing pants.

I'm not sure if anyone in quality, shipping, or management reads or even cares about these reviews. This is ridiculous. What's supposed to be a nice, higher-end suit...looks like trash. Macy's, you can do better.

Item not complete, Bad customer service!

Never received the pants! I need to return it and then wait 10 days for the credit to hit my credit card!!!! This is not the Macy's of old! Looking forward to not doing business with Macy's anymore!!

Wrong size sent again

This is the second time I received the wrong suits, I ordered 44R and 46R and received 54L and 56L instead. It’s very frustrating but obvious Macy’s has quality control issues and their management is not paying attention. Now I have to go and return it again.
