Suit with no pants!!!

I ordered a suit to be here at a specific time for a wedding I had to attend and you people sent me a jacket with no pants. Then I had to contact your customer support. I had to order a whole Nother suit and it came the day of the function I needed to go to. So of course, in the interim I had to purchase another shoot from somewhere more reliable. I asked for the new suit to be sent overnight and I was told it could not be done.

Nice Suit - Rigid Sizing

The suit itself is sharp, and the quality appears to match the Hugo Boss label. The main issue that detracts from the overall rating is the size when buying a suit versus suit separates. The locked-in 7-inch drop from jacket size is too limited. If you are going to offer a deal or price break, allow for more variance in waist size.

The other reviews are accurate!

They promise 3-5 day delivery but it took more than two weeks. This was for an important event and macys failed to deliver. They blatantly lie about the delivery time.
