Huge let down

Not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won’t dispense any kind of slush. I’ve tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it’s just an expensive piece for the dumpster.

I love the machine itself; however, I'm very disappointed that, after 2 years, it no longer works and only has a 1-year warranty. Ninja should offer a longer warranty for the price you pay, and also a discount on another machine.

i bought mine almost a month ago now and i love every part of it, i have a slushie almost every night and it can be made with any drink! I have an apartment so it takes up quite a bit of space but it is worth it!
