Convenient

Makes Floors spotless.

This is by far the best mop I have ever had!! All of my floors are either hardwood or tile. My kitchen is white marble. I have a cat and dog, and live in a hobby farm… so it is so hard to keep my floors clean. Ordinary mopping pushes the dirt and water around. This mop sucks all the dirt up and I am not redepositing dirt, I am dumping it. I also like that the roller can be taken off with ease and washed before I put it away.

Can improve

It is a great product, except that the sensor is too sensitive and shuts down before the dirty water tank is full. This inconviniemce is obnoxiois because I have to empty, clean, and dry the cup too frequently. If the sensor would let the cup fill to the limit it would be awesome. Also the cover of the roll removes too easily and for some weird reason my babies love to take it off. Other than that I love that it is lightweight, fast, has great suction. It also dries super fast and it is great for both the carpet and hardfloor. It picks up bigger stuff, but I preffer to sweep the bigger mess first. That is just me.

Meh... I don't love it

I have had this for less than 2 years so I have obviously used, but I do find that I am growing to dislike it. The brush does not get all the way to the wall to vacuum or mop so there is almost an inch of floor that does not get cleaned. I also feel like it does not scrub enough I just used it and I am looking at the floor and there are still dirty spots. I just feel like it could be better and I find myself not wanting to use it because it does not do the job fully. AND, cleaning it is not my favorite. Maybe I need to go back to the drawing board on this one. I honestly think I maybe have used it less than 10 times in the 2 years I have had it... mostly because I don't want to clean it out after and it doesn't fully wash the floor.

Good product. We use it daily to clean up messes after kids in the kitchen. It has two downsides: 1) the tube through which suction occurs tends to crack with time/frequent use, but the warranty easily replaces everything. 2) you have to wash the dirty water container otherwise it starts to smell. But if you are cleaning up messes often, this vacum sure beats using a mop/rag.
