    • On the first application, activate by pumping several times until all three formulas appear; any extra product that's dispensed into your fingers can be blended together and applied to eye area, so as not to waste
    • Mix the three phases of the product in your hand or fingertips before applying around the eye area
    • Press the under-eye area and lift the skin gently toward to your temples, to help depuff the eye bags

HCF Triple eye serum

Pump doesn’t work properly on product so you are only getting 2 of the 3 serums. Disappointed for the price of the product.

Because this high-performance formula houses hyaluronic acid, vitamin C+niacinamide, and ferulic acid in three separate, protective chambers, a strong or uneven first pump can sometimes cause one of the chambers to temporarily lag. A great tip to instantly prime and calibrate the dual-nozzle dispenser is to turn the bottle upside down, tap the bottom firmly against a hard surface a few times, and then press the pump all the way down firmly to ensure all three fresh formulas dispense evenly together.

Messy serum

Love lancome products except this one. The 3 compartment dispenser clogs and comes out uneven and gloppy. The clear part is runny and it's hard to mix with the other 2 creams in the serum to apply evenly. It would be much better as a serum with a dropper for ease of application.

If the pump is dispensing unevenly or feels clogged, we suggest firmly tapping the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface to level the formulas inside, and then pressing the center of the pump completely down in a single, firm motion. Merging and warming the three phases thoroughly in the palm of your hand before gently pressing the emulsion around your eye area will help the different textures blend into a smooth, beautifully even application. Stings!

I wish I could use this serum long enough to find out if it's effective because I love the H.C.F. facial and have had great results with it. Which is why I was excited to try the eye serum. Most unfortunately, this H.C.F. eye serum stings the skin of my under eye area - to the point where I just had to rinse it off. I do not have sensitive skin and I use Lancome products for my entire skincare routine. But this product will not be a part of it going forward. I'm very disappointed that I've just wasted a lot of money to find this out, only ever having using it three times.
