Other occasion to buy:Frango mints are delicious, but only order online in cool months.

Melted chocolates

Frango mints are delicious, and we have been buying them for years. However, I would not recommend ordering them online in the warm months. I believe Macys should have a warning on the web page indicating there would not be special packaging or shipping during the summer. They were packed in an ordinary box with no insulation, and took several days to arrive. They were melted and spoiled, and we had to throw them out. Very disappointing!

Best Chocolate in the World

Our favorite chocolate ever. Marshall Fields gave us this incredible taste treat that is unique among all chocolates. Even our friends from Belgium love Frangos.

Melted Frangoes

I just opened one of my two boxes. We already gave the smaller box to friends as a gift. Both of the large boxes are all melted and in terrible shape. I have not talked to our friends about theirs. I see it says final sale, no returns. This is a joke. I have never had these mints show up in this condition. Whether it was Macys fault our UPS, I am really angry.
