Bad mints

Ordered on aAugust 24 told 2-3 days for delivery today is Sept 2 package still not delivered, given over a week to deliver i can only hope the frangos are not a melted mess ,service is rated a zero out of 10

Frango Mints

We love Frangos but the candy came melted. It was an issue with shipping as we brought the box inside as soon as it arrived. It was very disappointing. Macys did refund us with no problem, though.

Don't order Frango's in July

Big mistake to order Frango's during the hottest month of the year. Mints were boxed in only a plastic bag, no protection from heat on trucks during transit. Arrived partially melted and completely stuck together. Still edible and I take the blame for the timing of the order, but packaging could be much improved this time of year.

Not worth the hassle.

I bought 2 boxes of Frangos and they came melted and a mess. Thing is they won't give you a refund as far as I could tell. Don't buy during the summertime. Not sure why they dont ship in freezer type bags like everyone else does.
