Ruby fell

Necklace very pretty I loved it but sadly wore for 2 hour n one of the ruby fell. So I called the Customer service she was very nice n she processed my return

Lovely, but hard to open and close.

The necklace is beautiful, just as described. But the catch is very hard to open and close. It took several minutes to figure out how to get it open.
