Another nasty gesture by Macys at 34th street

both colors were smelly. No care for me to have the jacket in my hands and to feel that dirtiness that was packed and traveled to me. Real violence and for ??? I really would like to understand an actual reason of such a bed and notoriously treatment of me or my actuality. Not a big money spender on most of anything. Do not consider huge spending would make a difference. However here and at Macy's 34th street, I was placed on a category of customers who would be treated as total nothing and to be presented with items that look and feel like a total garbage.
