Thank you Veena! You were so helpful and smiling throughout the transaction process. I enjoyed being waited on by you! Thank you for going the extra to find my size coat I needed that was not in store. You did not give up on the first try either. You made my coat happen for me. Thank you Veena! You are an asset to Macy’s store. Oh the coat is lightweight and comfortable, nice warm color brown is smart looking and the length is perfect for late fall- winter and early spring. The only regret is that the designer did not put a tie at hood so it wouldn’t blow off in our very windy weather. But that is doable because the rest of the coat is just what I need! Thank you Veena for outstanding customer service you gave to me!

Very Comfortable. Stylish and Affordable Outerwear

I am extremely pleased with with my Charter Club Womens Packable coat and also bought two jackets of the same brand for myself. Whether I am walking or sitting the coat and jackets feel comfortable and warm, but not bulky nor "hot". A Macy's Womens Wear Representative name "Quandra" assisted me when selecting my coat and jackets. Quandra's courteous and helpful persona made my shopping for the coat and jackets a great experience!

Not worth the money. Looks worse after few uses

I love the color and everything when I first ordered it. However, this looks really wrinkled and the color has changed. Not worth money

Packable coat fits to the curves of your figure.

I like the way this coat fits. It’s not so bulky so you still look slim and trim. It’s warm, too.
