Missing Items

In this order I should have received a set of 3 pack snowmen with Frango mints however only received 2 also ordered 3 boxes of the Frango mints and only received 1. It took forever for them to come but lesson learned, I will never order these again! Macys can and should do better!

The item took over three weeks to get. When I finally opened them, it looked like they were melted and re froze. Threw them in the trash.

I didn’t get these!!!! I still did not get these and I spoke to your customer service representative. Who told me basically to go to US PC and figure it out from there. Very, very, very poor service.
