Beware of ordering from Macys

I placed an order for 2 things. They didn't have one. They sent me an email to let me know they cancelled part of the order. When I called to cancel the other part of the order, they said that wasn't possible. Their customer service person offered zero help. When the items are delivered, I have to return to the store. Macy's is horrible.

Gift Message Cutoff

Took some time but arrived in good condition. Great packaging. However, the gift message was cutoff. Thankfully it saved in the order and I was able to retrieve it and write it manually.
