Delightful Surprise

I bought these Frango boxed chocolates as well as several tins of chocolates as a momento of our trip to Chicago and a visit to the Macy's flagship store in Chicago. They were 2025 Christmas gifts for friends and family. I had never tried them before. Despite not being a milk chocolate fan, I went for tradition and purchased them. The texture is so surprisingly smooth and creamy and the mint flavor carries throughout the chocoloate without being harshly minty. I had rave reviews from the gift recipients, even those who also prefer dark chocolate. I will definitely consider buying again.

Not in stock

Macy's, I purchased the milk chocolate mints after seeing them online. They were instock in the store Downey, but I was in a hurry for an appt. I went home and ordered them online-- cancelled by online. Saw them again at a HIGHER PRICE, ordered them. Again, CANCELLED. They were still online on day 3 at a HIGHER PRICE, 3rd price increase!! Don't sell them online if they are NOT IN STOCK, because it is BAD Business to keep RAISING PRICES for the same item, 3 days in a row. VERY UNHAPPY about this.

Again

I placed an order, one item not cancelled the dark chocolate Frangos were. This happened to me at Christmas time. Once with Frango's once with an ornament. This time, I was ordering the candy to be part of MIL'S memorial service. Now I am perplexed. Called CS (online chat is labor intensive) they gave me a Star reward to use on the next purchase. Placed the order...omg...now the replacement order with the wonderful discount was cancelled. What is the solution???? Wonder if anyone monitors these reviews and will send me a response?

Out of stock

I have ordered these mints twice. They are not in stock so take them off the website! I need to call and speak to a representative to get the same sale price and the delivery fee waived. It is a real pain! Not up to your standards Macys!

I don't understand why Macy's continues to keep this listing online. They just cancel your order because it's not in stock but this listing remains weeks later.
