Excellent quality, wrong fit.
Excellent quality dress. I purchased a medium and the fit wasn’t right for me. I’m pear shaped, 5’4” and 145 lbs. The sleeves were too long and it was a little snug around my hips. I returned it but recommend if you get the right fit.

This manufacturer sells raincoats that soak through. I bought another style that's sold out now ("Molly") but both claim to be water resistant. They're not. I got sick from being out in the rain wearing one of them.
