Durable and makes amazing coffee
I thought I only liked coffee until I got this machine. It gets used multiple times a day and never fails me. Its compact size leaves plenty of room on my counter.

Leaks too much
Bought this machine in March. Worked well for a while then started to leak. Followed steps to solve problem. Still leaks. Not happy.

I loved this machine at first, but after just one year it has started leaking from the bottom. It makes a huge mess and I only get half the amount from the pod that I normally would.

compact and easy
I lost my original vertuo machine in the Palisades fire , and since I am in a smaller place after the fires I decided to get the smallest model to save counter space. So far I like it , it does the job and it's so compact !
