A disappointment

Material pilling & buttons not sewn securely. Not RL quality. In less than 3 weeks of wearing it, material is pilling and the buttons are falling off. Really liked the color and design but the quality is very disappointing. I want to return it for a refund.

Horrible experience

I should have read the reviews before buying this. The item I received was not new and had lots of hair and lint. When I returned the item to the store the associate at the store was being rude about not having the tag on, but I received the item in the mail without a tag. Really awful experience

A Stunning Jacket

I am so pleased with this coat. The colors and sizing are spot on. The weight is comfortable and the cream plaid is exactly as pictured. Hood is removable and the lining is well done.

Extremely Disappointed Used Item Not New

When I received this coat in the mail on February 9, 2026 it was visibly apparent the coat was not new showed clear signs of previous use. The coat had hairs all over, Ralph Lauren Retail Tags were not attached to the coat only a Macy’s sale tag was attached. I am very disappointed with Macy’s not sending me a new coat. I am returning the coat to Macy’s and will not purchase another coat from them.

Worst Jacket

I received this jacket today, which I had ordered a couple of days ago, and they delivered it today. As you can see, the jacket is covered in hair, and it looks like someone wore it and then returned it. All the buttons are loose, and the threads are coming out. It’s in a very bad condition, and the buttons are damaged. I don’t expect this kind of product from Macy’s. I’ve been their loyal customer for a very, very long time. Lately, I’m very upset because they keep selling defective items in sales, and sometimes final sale items can’t even be returned if ordered online. So that’s very problematic. I’m very upset with this product. I don’t recommend this product.

smelled like perfume

Coat was great, fit perfect, but smelled like perfume. This is supposed to be a new unworn coat, but it smelled like it had been worn with someone with bad taste in perfume.
