Record item which is cute. Received dirty.

Item was dirty and I contacted customer service they said they would accept the return would not replace the item. Had to pay to take a brand new item to get cleaned.

Poor quality

Poor quality material and very wrinkled. I don't like the idea of having to bring the coat to have it steam pressed to make it presentable in addition to having to pay extra for it.
