Very disappointed again

This is the second time I have ordered designer shoes and clothing on line and had problems that you would not expect from a store like Macys. I was sent 2 left shoes that were 2 different sizes. So I have to once again return to the store to take them back - so what is the reason I should order online again if these problems happen over and over again ?

Not true to size

I absolutely loved these beautiful red pumps and have had great experience with this brand in the past. I was very disappointed that the shoes seemed to run very small. I will have to return them.

Not comfortable

Not very comfortable and it shows the top of my toes. Feels tight around my fifth toe. Keeping it bc price is ok and hopefully will wear to events that I don’t need to do much walking in

Already have these in another color

Have these in the beige already, so knew what to expect... or so I thought. Heel of the one shoe was damaged, with the seam splitting and a slice/scrape to the material. Looks like a factory miss v. damage from use. Returned.

Amazing shoes buy in every color

So stylish and classic and so comfortable. The heel sits perfectly for good ergonomics. Not too high but enough to look amazing and still be comfortable. Heel doesn't sit back at the end of the shoe like many others, it sits below the middle of the heel for maximum stability. Price is also right. Bought the black patent and just ordered the suede taupe. True to size in my case.
