Extremely poor customer service!!

I did wear these shoes and I do understand their policy, but for them not to contact me and explain to me why they are returning them Instead they just directly mail the shoes back to me. I feel was poor. The left sandal is a lot bigger than the right sandal and until I wore them, I didn’t realize how so different they are. The left is extremely loose up by the ankle. Will not recommend or purchase any shoes from this company.
