Not even delivered

Never received the coat. For some reason it was being delivered by door dash. Every time I called, the customer service couldn’t get in contact with door dash, it’s a terrible system.

Great purchase. It's exactly what I wanted. I normally would have purchased a Small, but based on reviews I went with an XS and it is perfect!!

Faux Flop

It was beautiful and gorgeous however it was extremely oversized. Even if I would have gone down two sizes the shoulders were too overpowering and it would have never worked for me. I was heartbroken to return but had to.

I bought the FIRST- Donna Karan black feaux fur coat ON SALE. Then decided to buy a SECOND one and the price had increased a few days after the first one. Very disappointed. 🫤. Nevertheless, I had to buy it for the second daughter.
