Great Steamer !
A very good steamer; it blows air very powerfully. And what if you need to quickly iron a tank top or something else? It’s absolutely brilliant for that. I recommend buying it.:)

No more ironing for me!
I wish I had purchased this years ago. I couldn’t believe how efficient and fast it was to beautifully presented clothes!

A good steamer
Steamer is great, great design but I am missing a longer tube for the iron head and wells.

Leaks water! Terrible product!
Sadly the machine did not meet our expectations. The machine starts leaking water from the base as soon as you turn it on, it’s so much water that it makes a mess all around. We have tried moving to hard tile in hope a hard floor would make a difference but it didn’t. We checked to ensure the part where the water goes is screwed properly and it is but despite all of the efforts still leaks large amounts of water. Unfortunately they make the return process so complicated and pricey that I wont be returning.

I wish I had researched it more...
I had a 15+ year-old Rowenta pro-style steamer that recently stopped working. Loved it! I wish I'd noticed that this model doesn't have wheels. Ugh! That means if I want to use it in another room--or move it to the middle of the laundry room from its storage spot--I must carry it. I also wish I'd recognized that this model doesn't have pants clips, which should've been obvious to me by the photos. I was so impressed by the vertical board (which would have been so handy with my older model!), that I overlooked the basics. That's on me. Luckily, I'd saved the top "hanger with clips" portion of my old model, and it fits on the vertical board of the new model. Crisis averted for me, but if you steam a lot of pants, it would be best to look at other models. The hose seems shorter than my old model; I mostly use it for clothes, so that's fine. Just understand that you're not going to use this model to steam the top half of your curtains while they're hung up. The steamer works well, so it will meet most of my needs. (That said, if Macy's wasn't 1.5 hours away, I'd probably exchange it.)
