Just what we were looking for

Looked at quite a few vacuums and decided on the Bissell and very glad I did. I'm the type of person that always reads directions first, then assemble. I laid out all the parts and didn't even need the instructions had it together in 2 minutes! Then I read the operating instructions, and it works perfect. Love that you can take the canister off to do odd places and the wife just loves the headlights she calls them. Thank you Bissell

Love it

I love my new vacuum, it works so good. It comes with a turbo pet attachment, it cleans all the hair and litter. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone who has pets.

Works well when it works. I’m on my second replace

This vacuum picks up well it gets all the pet hair. It doesn’t get musty and even when it gets my hair, which is long and curly it doesn’t tangle up the brush. My issue with this vacuum is I am on my second replacement. I am grateful that Bissell offers the one year, but this shouldn’t be happening. Nothing gets clogged. Nothing gets stuck. It just loses power it stops working. You could plug it into 20 different outlets no matter where you plug it. It’s not going to work. I would really like to upgrade, but being as I spent so much on this vacuum originally I don’t feel that I should have to upgrade.

Don’t recommend for older people.

I vacuumed my entire house. The product worked really well BUT it is really heavy and hard to manage and the cord is attached so low that I kept running over it. I am 79 years old with some back problems so I had to stop and rest every 30 minutes just to get the house cleaned. I don’t recommend this vacuum for older people. It is just too hard to maneuver!

Pet Hair Eraser

I like the vacuum but if I try to use the hose while still attached, the entire vacuum falls over. I don't always want to take the lift-off piece off...kinda disappointed.
