XR PET 300W cordless

Best vacuum I’ve ever bought only down side is stock battery dies every 15 minutes however I’m ordering an aftermarket battery that lasts 5x that. Battery is the only reason I put 4 stars.

Regret

While the vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, it has next to no suction and the battery lasts about 10 minutes and takes about half a day to charge. Would not recommend.

🎶I wanted to love you..😪

I really trust the Bissell name; I have a Cleanview Helix upright vacuum that I've had for over a decade that works great but this purchase was... disappointing. The vacuum shuts off immediately after I set it on high. To make matters even worse I can't remove the pole from the hand vac section (button is stuck). *see photo. This will be returned.

Bissell vacuum not working.

I bought this for a Christmas gift and when it was taken out of the box it was put together and then they charged the battery all night long and then when they went to go use it the next day it worked fine on auto but the second you turned it to turbo it would immediately shut off. I emailed them to do a return and to share my experience and never got an answer back so now I’m stuck with a vacuum that only half works.
