A perfect camping companion
I’ve been using the Coleman Even-Temp Propane Stove for a few camping trips now, and overall, it’s been a solid piece of gear. The biggest win for me is how evenly it cooks. Unlike some camp stoves where one side feels like it’s on “volcano mode” and the other is barely warm, this one does a great job at distributing heat. I’ve made pancakes, eggs, and even a decent stir-fry without burning half the pan. Setup is straightforward, and the propane hookup feels secure. The burners light up quickly, and I really like the control knobs—they actually give you some precision instead of just “off” or “high.” The size is also great; it comfortably fits three pans, which makes cooking for a group a lot less stressful. It’s efficient too as the gas lasts Now, for the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: it’s not the most compact or lightweight stove out there. It takes up a fair amount of space when packing, and carrying it around isn’t as convenient as some of the slimmer models. Also, on a windy day, even with the side shields, the flame can struggle a bit—so you’ve got to position it carefully. All in all, though, this is a reliable, well-built stove that makes camp cooking way easier and more enjoyable. If you don’t mind the bulk, you’ll love how well it performs.

Amazing on the go!
This is perfect for camping. We take it everywhere and are able to cook our favorite foods. This is definitely a game changer. I wish I would’ve discovered it sooner.

Sleek and compact!
I had a friend that owned one of these. It worked flawlessly. Perfect for picnics at the park or beach! Light and compact makes it easy to pack. It cooked hot dogs evenly and quick!

If you camp it's a must have.
This is a great little stove to tack camping.it on of the best durable stove I've ever used..it distributed the heat great.it cleans up very easy. Love that it doesn't use that much fuel.

Almost perfect
The lid is the only "complaint". It latches closed with a push button, which is nice. But if the lid reforms at all over the years, being thinner sheet metal it definitely will, it won't function right. Ie popping open when using carring handle or not closing.

Gets the job done - shoddy build
Fine if all you want is to heat stuff up fast, otherwise, not so good. Quality of build is shoddy - the latch doesn't hold it shut, the igniter is unreliable (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't), and the flame adjustment is a combination of squishy (as in you adjust it down and it springs back to a higher setting) and too high. The label fell off one of the knobs on mine right out of the box. Coleman, who did this to you? You used to be such a great brand.

Wish Coleman still had the guide series stoves. Every stove since then is "good enough I guess".
