Fish Comes Out Just Right!

I bought this mainly for fish, and I’m so glad I did. The fish browns nicely without sticking, and the lid helps keep the oil from splashing everywhere.

Meets My Standards

I’ve used a lot of cookware over the years, and this pan really holds its own. It heats evenly, handles well, and the nonstick actually performs the way it should. Solid, reliable, and easy to cook with, exactly what I expect from a good pan.
