Lid arrived dented

Was shipped in a thick protective box inside a shipping box but the lid is dented (causing me to believe it was not damaged in transit because neither box is damaged). I will probably have to return since I purchased as a gift and am embarrassed to give with a dented metal lid).

Received shattered

Couldnā€™t use it. Came shattered. Bad handling from the store. I ordered to be picked up at Macys. Upon opening the package 2 out of 3 candles were unusable. Couldnā€™t return as I didnā€™t want to carry shattered glass around.
