The controls frequently fluctuate and flash. Bed does not gesture as the ones I have purchased in the past Will go back to the former source next time.

The best mattress cover ever. The duel control is amazing for couples who run hot and cold at the same time. Please note there is no cold control only a heating control. The mattress is cool to the touch at all times unless you select to use the heating option. The cool touch and softness is perfect. I purchased for our master and guest bed.

It came with a different remote cannot figure out how to work that remote. It only heats up, but it does not cool off just got it March 10 of2026 it fits good on the bed, but I guess we’ll have to call customer service to see how to turn on for cool because it did not come with the remote that was in the picture. If not, I will send it back if it does not cool like it’s supposed to I will send it back so disappointing.
