Great little cooling unit for small rooms

I’ve been using this evaporative air cooler for a couple weeks in my bedroom, and it works surprisingly well. The remote is super convenient, and the swinging vents spread cool air evenly. I just add ice packs into the tank, and the air feels fresh and cool. It’s quiet enough for nighttime use, easy to refill and clean with the pull-out water tank. Compact with rolling wheels so I can move it around the house easily, totally worth the money for personal cooling!

Macy's is selling garbage. This fan or air conditioning system doesn't work. Macy's expects not return it

I am disappointed that this product does not cool as described. I have tower fans that are much better. Returning as soon as possible.
