Eye cream

Same issue. I used the product from day one … a favorite, never a problem until last order November ‘25. I did receive a refund 2 weeks after contacting customer service. I hope issue resolved because I would purchase again

Disappointing Experience

I looked forward to using this product based on the information I read about. Unfortunately, the consistency of this product made it impossible to use. It was not a cream as advertised. Rather, it resembled solid “bacon” fat in a jar. When applied, it crumbled into pieces rendering it impossible to use. I thought perhaps the jar was defective but I found no cracks or imperfections that could have affected the quality of the product inside. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Disappointing Experience

I was very disappointed with this product. I, too, thought it to be defective. What should be soft to the touch and easy to apply is anything but. It has the consistency of solid bacon fat. When I tried to apply it, it crumbled into pieces rendering it useless. It is advertised as a cream but what I received was not a cream. Will not be purchasing this product again.

This eye cream has been the best I've ever used. I'm 60 yrs and it has helped with dark spots, kept my eyes looking youthful and refreshed

Disappointed

I think the batch I may have purchased from might’ve been defective. It’s sticky, and not creamy so it comes out chunky & pills the moment I attempt to put it on. Almost like a balm that’s gone bad.
