Not what I expected for a Simple Human product

Quality is lacking for Simple Human! I always buy their products because of the design and quality. This is a less expensive model but still expected better materials for a product from Simplehuman.

Tension Arm Paper towel Holder

This is the second time we purchased the tension arm paper towel holder. We love it, it looks great, doesn’t tip over when you tear off a sheet, the loop at the top makes it easy to carry to another room. I give it a 5 star rating out of 5! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

Sadly Not Great

The base needs to be much heavier as it is difficult to tear the paper towels one-handed while cooking without the holder moving or tipping. I’ve loved my other Simple Human products, but this one just doesn’t cut it.

I love it

I don't know why but so many paper towel dispensers irritate me. Either there too loose or too tight and you get 20 sheets or a half one. This one is perfect. I stayed in a house that had this dispenser and I couldn't wait to buy one for myself.
