Not as good as my older one

The box was delivered for everyone to see what I purchased from Macy's...not wanting my entire neighborhood to see what I'm purchasing. I have to turn the browning knob to 3 to get a decent browning...perhaps it will change for my next batch.

Restaurant style waffles

We are enjoying this waffle maker! Easy to use . We add different fruits to our waffles & they came nice, fluffy , and they taste just right. Highly recommend.

broken and cant get help

It worked fine for 2 months and then it broke .. I tried getting some one to help me but cant reach any body . Very poor cust

Love this Belgian Waffle maker!

This Belgian Waffle Maker has been the best thing we have used for breakfast! It is easy to use and makes perfect waffles. I love the removable drip tray that came with it as well. It is very easy to clean after we make our waffles! It is easy to store, too. Cant wait to keep using it because our kids love it!

Love it!

I love my Hamilton Beach Durathon removable grid Belgian waffle maker. It's so easy to use. Has a light indicator and browning control. It flips easily for perfect waffles. The waffles come out tasting great and cooked evenly. The removable grids and drip tray make for very easy cleaning. It's very durable. I'm very happy with my waffle maker.

A happy addition to breakfast!

I really like this new Belgium waffle iron, it is sturdy, easy to use, and the removable plates make it a dream to clean. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the temperature doneness selection and the lack of a more precise "done" notification. At level 2 it was mostly done, but level 3 clearly made it just the right level of crisp and soft. The biggest improvement could be to add a noise notification when the waffle is cooked or a better light notification. The Ready light is always green but when the waffle it cooked and ready it just gets brighter something I think you could miss if you were not watching closely.
