Sales lady helped us buy shoes

Macys sent used shoes

Macys sent us used shoes. My husband needed these for a work trip, so we payed rush delivery and when they arrived they were in a Macys gift box, instead of a shoe box and they were all scratched and faded. Macys should be ashamed of themselves. No wonder business is bad for them
